Our passion for good food knows no borders, and is reflected in every dish that we serve. Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Iran, our menu is steeped in cultural and historical significance, and embodies the flavors, aromas, and intricate use of spices that Persian food has long been celebrated for. Persian Version brings a truly unique tasting experience to wine country by offering a window into the rich heritage of Iran - making it the first culinary adventure of its kind in Sonoma County.

Plates

All plates are served with saffron rice, half-grilled tomato, mast-o-khiar (yogurt cucumber sauce), and salad shirazi, plus your choice of protein or kuku sabzi fritters.

Wraps

Our lavash wraps are filled with with onions, mint, and sumac tossed in lime juice. All wraps include mast-o-khiar (yogurt cucumber sauce), Pomegranate Molasses and choice of kabob.

That’s always been his goal. Known locally for his infamous Greek food truck and wood-fired pizza establishment at The Block, chef Dino Moniodis continues to bring the taste of other cultures to Sonoma County through the establishment of Persian Version. Inspired by his mother’s rich Iranian heritage, Persian Version is a combination of Dino’s passion for the cuisine and his desire to share it with others. While pondering the mission of his next culinary adventure in the Northern Bay Area, Dino ultimately desired to create a space where food lovers of all backgrounds could experience the authentic Persian flavors that he has cherished for all of his life.
